When you live alone with a chronic illness or health condition, you may find your everyday life impacted in a number of ways. For example, you may need help with shopping, cleaning, getting out and about, and / or with personal care. You may be managing pain, fatigue or anxiety, juggling medical appointments, and possibly trying to manage your career at the same time. We also know that living with a chronic illness can mean coming to terms with the impact of your condition on your ability to live your life as you would like to.
